Don't search for my bones,
you'll search in vain
for 'tis not known
where my bones are lain.
In a foreign field or by the sea
or in the hills,
or a sandy lee.
But look to where
the sun sets late
for the setting sun
my headstone will make,
and somewhere there
out of sight,
I'm shrouded in forever night.
Covered heavy by mortal clay
covered now,
forever, and a day.

A great way of putting "passing" as but a trip into the future, same as breathing! LOL

I so enjoyed this wonderful view of being laid to rest in a most wonderful place, the setting sun. A beautiful way to think of your final resting place.

From my dark view I read this as being happy to be buried in obscurity away from the prying eyes of society. Anyway excellent images. Nicely written iblieve

Very good, shark.

It reminds me of the poems we read in high school, the ones written by soldiers during world war one, and world war two.
