I feel the soft wind touch me,
In the early morning light,
I feel it throughout the day,
I feel it most at night.
I feel the winter rain,
Like ice cycles on my skin,
I feel new life beginning,
From Mother Earth and within.
The fire that burns in everyone,
Burns within my soul as well,
Every part of me feels it,
Feels it burn and swell.
I feel the earth beneath me,
Within and all around,
I feel it and I hear it,
But it doesn’t make a sound.
The spirits of those past and future,
Surround and move within us all,
For they are one with us,
Listen, and you can hear their call.
So for all that has been,
And all that shall be,
Listen to the Mother,
She shall speak to you, as she does to me.
