CLine, you drew me in with your first line, captured my attention right away. Again, you have excellent images here that just bring the song to life (strawberries, shutters,lonely soldier, sky of the cieling, stars poisoning heart with blue...) Love this one, Tres Bien. - Lyly

I like this but on equestion about this line:

"Let me see you more as a face then a feeling"

Is the feeling a physical one or emotional? I read this as an emotional one which confused me. It seemed to be in reverse to me, she wanted to know him deeper and regreted losing him. If this was the case wouldn't she want to see him as a feeling, meaning to know him, rather than know his face, or simply what he appeared as. I suppose it could be summarize in that she wants to know him beyond the physical level.

Just a few thoughts.

By saying that "I want to see you more as a face then a feeling" what I meant was that she is so caught up in thinking about him all the time and forming these small fantasies about him in her head that eventually she begins to forget about him as a person because reality is blocked by her own predetermined emotions. I guess that happens when you think of somebody more then you see them.
