oh yes, mike! and being a seafood merchant, i'm sure you've had the primo in shrimp! unless that is actually what i had on the grill last weekend! i thought it HAD to be!

and janet, carnival actually starts on epiphany, january 6th (the 12th day of christmas - twelfth night), so don't limit yourself to one day of mardi gras! we actually have two or so weeks of hard party before the actual culmination on fat tuesday 40 days before easter!
