laleesh, even though I’m not real familiar with the festival, I guess they never had it in Sicily, the title defines what I think you want the tone of the piece to be, i.e., even in the face of adversity, May 1 is going to come. I could be wrong.

You definitely got me with the alliteration and the “dancing” rhyme. As always, laleesh.

oh-oh mb; now i will have to ever toast the happiness and success of you and your beloved as i sit before my beltane bonfire - or taper, as the case may be. yet another rich dimension to my most sacred and favorite of fests :) !
