Beneath the clouds of grey and blue
We call the four quarters
North;
East
South;
And west.
Four into one
We call the Goddess
And Gods,

Each stands in silent honour,
Earthbound.
Water;
Earth
Fire;
Air.
Four into one
Hands enjoined
In this spiritual circle

Celebration as one
In the festival wheel.
Under sun;
Under moon
Under stars
And Dawn.
Four into one
Joyous eyes
And the gathering is made.

Some ways of life are so harmonious to nature. This is one of them. This poem appeals to me in so many ways. I enjoyed the format you used and the one word lines. An excellent effect.

Thank you for sharing this one!
