We understand that our forum software may seem a bit daunting or complex to some of our visitors. So here's a few notes to help you jump into the fray and start posting your own messages or communicating with our members.

What are forums?
Forums, sometimes also called bulletin boards or message boards, are an interactive way for people to communicate without the benefit of the real-time nature of other means such as chat rooms or instant messaging programs. In other words, a person may post a message or piece of work. Then others will come along later, possibly read it and comment back. Our setup just offers some added features you may not yet be familiar with if you've only used more basic systems.
